Charles "Chico" Wheeler was born around 1946. He was a master of the pallet knife. It has been said that Chico Wheeler would paint a painting and give it to his girlfriends.His landscapes and seascapes are dreamy and very colorful.

Signature: Signed by the artist, R. Edwards. Condition report: The painting is in pristine condition with no visible flaws or signs of wear. The colors are vibrant, and the paint layers are well-preserved.
